The Spring Newsletter is published. We need your correct e-mail address. We aren't sending it out in "snail mail" anymore, so if you didn't get it, send us a note with your email address to thebobbincase@aol.com and make sure your e-mail program is set to let The Bobbin Case mailings through your firewall.You would be amazed at how difficult it is to read your email address when it's hand written. The computer is very unforgiving; if we get one letter wrong or put in an "underline" instead of a dash, you won't receive your newsletter. The easiest way to make sure it's correct on our lists is to send us an email from the address at which you wish to receive it. If you have put your name on our list and still aren't getting email from us, send us an email and we will correct it.
The new Design Studio computer lets you bring in your own Flash drive and we will download your designs onto it, usually while you wait. We now can offer almost all the design packs you see on the Embroidery On Line website as well as "Build-Your-Own" design packs of 5, 10 or 20 designs from the "Signature" packs at a very competitive price.
Stop in and see our new computer set-up in the First Classroom where you can browse at your leisure for just the designs you need.

Our staff have been working here for many years Whenever you stop in or call us, our trained staff can answer your machine, software, or sewing questions on the spot. We love giving personal service with unlimited 1:1 lessons for our customers who buy a machine from us (we will also help those who purchased their machines elsewhere for an hourly fee). Our Bernina, Embroidery, and Serger Clubs are free to customers who bought their machines from us and a small fee for others. We also offer classes in many different sewing and computer skills (click here for our Class Calendar). We have factory trained Bernina technicians on site with more than 17 years experience.

The Bobbin Case is Participating in BERNINA'S One Million Pillowcase Project Our customers have voted. All your pillowcases are going to Genesis House, a youth emergency shelter in Rochester. This is a 14 bed, home-like facility open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The program provides 24 hour supervision, shelter, food, counseling, and life skills instruction. Yes!
